Frequently Asked Questions
What kind of paints do you use? Do you only paint golf landscapes?
We pride ourselves on using the highest quality artist paints on fantastic stable surfaces, such as Scottish wooden panels, traditional canvas, and primed artist paper. Our materials have been expertly sourced and made to ensure longevity and durability. While our latest work focuses on our obsession with golf landscapes, we have also created stunning pieces inspired by food and artisan food producers. We are more than happy to collaborate on ideas outside of golf landscapes.
How long does each painting take?
As each painting is a bespoke piece of art, it requires a great deal of planning and attention to detail. The time it takes to complete a painting varies depending on factors such as size, complexity, subject matter, and the studio calendar. Some paintings may take 4-6 weeks, taking into account drying times, while others may require a few months. We strive to provide you with an accurate estimate of the completion time for your specific piece.
How much does a custom painting cost?
The cost of a custom painting is dependent on various factors, including the size, complexity, and your specific vision for the artwork. As the studio process is more involved for custom paintings, we provide tailored pricing based on your individual requirements. Once the details and size of your piece are determined, we will send you a commission package that includes the price and an estimated completion time. During this process, we are also happy to discuss shipping options to ensure your artwork arrives safely.
If you have any more questions or would like to discuss a potential commission, please don't hesitate to contact us. We are excited to create a unique and beautiful piece that captures your vision.
